Page tree setup¶
COMOT needs the following sysfolders per conference. The number in brackets is an exemplary page UID used in the example configuration. The list shows the database records, which are expected to be stored in these folders.

Conference [1]: Conference, Travelzone, Topic, Submission Category, Partner, Known From
Attendance [2]: Attendance
Selection [3]: Conference Plan
Submission [4]: Submission, Submission Rating
Planning [5]: Contribution, Day, Track, Timeslot, Session, Lecturer Assignment, Program Element
Shop [6]: Package, Package Price, Package Category, Package Group, Voucher, Voucher Usage
Booking [7]: Invoice, Booking
Note
Add page translations to all sysfolders where translations might be needed.
Hint
The names of the sysfolders can be freely chosen of course.
File storages to create¶
Used by COMOT¶
The TypoScript configuration fileUploadBaseDirectory is referencing this storage.
Sub-folders needed will be created automatically.
Used by EXVEON¶
TypoScript configuration exveonBaseDirectory.
This storage must have the option Is publicly available set to false.
It is used for documents provided via EXVEON and access is tracked by COMOT.
Scheduler Tasks¶
Delete old user tracking data of EXVEON (tx_comot_user_tracking)
